Ask for a no-obligation copy of our Welcome Memo, “What’s the Key Moment in Every Relationship?” We will be glad to email, fax or mail it with a list of our current fees. Or, read our Welcome Memo here and review our Fee Schedule here.

1. How is your firm different?

I am a Certified Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law. I have experience planning, administering estates and going to court. When you retain me, you get the benefit of my experienced law clerks as well. They assist in handling estates, real estate matters, preparing wills and court claims.

2. What is the cost of your first consultation?

I offer free telephone consultations, without obligation, regarding estate administration and litigation matters. The demands on my time require me to charge my normal hourly rates for will consultations. Please review my Welcome Memo here and my Fee Schedule here before requesting a telephone consultation or appointment.

3. How do you charge clients?

Fees are discussed usually before our first meeting. I provide copies of our Welcome Package to all new clients. This explains if a flat fee or hourly rate will be charged.

Review my Welcome Memo here and Fee Schedule here, then contact my law firm to arrange for a consultation or appointment to review your needs.

Client’s Rights

Here are the basic entitlements you will receive as a client:

1. Respect – this includes common courtesy and addressing your concerns in a timely and professional manner.

2. Competence – I have a professional obligation not to accept your case if I cannot provide the necessary level of professional service. I am required to provide you with professional opinions free of any conflicts of interest.

3. Confidentiality – you have the right to know that your secrets and privacy will be protected as permitted by law.

4. Full fee disclosure – includes being advised what to do in the event of any fee dispute which would involve resolving issues through mediation.

5. The truth about your case – you want the truth, not lies about your chances or options.

6. Professional treatment – as a lawyer I am not just running a business. I am a professional playing a vital role in the justice system. The legal system relies on lawyers to protect your liberty and rights.

As a professional, I have a duty to put my client’s needs in front of my own.

Contact my law firm to arrange for a consultation or appointment to review your needs.
